ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS

Damages and  Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception of receiving, and contact us immediately (within 24 hours)  if the item is received damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you pop your beads once they have been tied on, they can't be returned or refunded so make sure to tie them correctly.

Please measure your waist correctly, we are not responsible for incorrect measurements or incorrect or incomplete address provided when order placed. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, there are no refunds available once the product is shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns all sales are final.

Exchanges
At this time we do not allow exchanges as all sales are final. Please ensure you include your correct measurement with your order as it can not be sent back for resizing.If products asks for you to choose color please add your correct colors. If you don't add your colors when required I will make 1 attempt to reach you before defaulting your order to "mystery strand" which I will curate a beautiful strand for you
